- Live is showing another account
We have found in a couple of newer laptops tested that some of the newer laptops / manufacturers are changing the way they provide the unique device identifier within Windows. This is causing some problems with the Live feature of CoPilot for tracking because we use this to ensure we have a unique user to match to your live account.
We suggest you disable the Live feature by going into SETTINGS | LIVE | DISCONNECT.
